Opening Day

Take a deep breath. It's time to let go of the stress and look forward to the excitemnt of Opening Day and the start of a new season. Remember that your fans can't wait to get into your ballpark; to smell the smells, see the sights and feel the amazing energy.  They want to come out and cheer for their hometown team, talk to you and talk to each other. They want to buy a new hat, eat too many hotdogs and sing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame."

If you forget to turn on the radio feed in the bathrooms, or hit the wrong song for mascot intros your fans won't notice and truth be told if they do, they won't care. You can't go wrong having conversations about your team, high fiving kids as they walk through the gates, handshaking politicians and clients attending your game and sharing smiles.  Just make notes on what you can perfect for the next game. Soon you will be back in the rhythm and everything will fall into place. You have worked hard. Enjoy the moment.....your fans will!!
